Responsibilities

  • Actively support and manage all marketing pursuit efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

RK&K seeks a multi-faceted individual to serve as a Senior Marketing Coordinator in our Fairfax, VA office.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • 7-10 years marketing experience in the engineering, architectural, or construction management/inspection consulting industries, preparing proposals, qualification packages and presentations; assisting with business development activities; and supporting public relation efforts
  • Scheduling and tracking production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines, including production efforts
  • Managing project, client, and consultant data in firm-wide databases
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills; ability to self-manage assignments with minimal supervision
  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, business, or other relevant areas of study preferred;

Tishman Construction – Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain materials including resumes, project summary sheets, etc.
  • Maintain regional marketing information (project information, team member resume information) in the company-wide database.
  • Write, edit, and construct standard marketing copy for proposals and SOQ’s.
  • Write project-specific narratives, resumes, project descriptions.
  • Summarize RFP’s and present to senior management
  • Assist in the production of proposals, SOQ’s and presentation materials.
  • Assembly of marketing materials.
  • Attend pre-proposal meetings, industry events and interview rehearsals.
  • Perform market research to aid in strategic planning.
  • Assist with developing and coordinating public exposure opportunities through various vehicles including awards, press releases and advertisements.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing, copy editing, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills.
  • Proficient with InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
  • Familiarity with General Contracting Services.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or English preferred.
  • 3-5 years A/E/C industry exp preferred.

Main Duties

  • Coordination and production of all proposals, SOQs, introductory packages, interview presentations, and general correspondence as directed by the Branch Manager(s) and/or Proposal Manager

Requirements/Skills

  • College degree with Marketing, Communications, or English major preferred and 3-5 years of A/E/C industry experience
