SMPS DC Members Support DC Beautification Day

SMPS DC members joined together to participate in DC Beautification Day, an annual event with over 3,000 volunteers in the District. SMPS members joined community members, parents, teachers, children, and other community partners at Jefferson Academy Middle School to brighten up the entrance with plantings, as well as paint a mural in the school entrance lobby. The Principal and teachers at Jefferson Academy were extremely pleased with our hard work and resultant improvements, which will give them a fresh start for the upcoming school year.
