Bridging the Generation Gap

1201 Connecticut Avenue NW, Tenth Floor, Washington, DC 20036

3:30 am - 5:00 am

At least four generations work side-by-side in today’s A/E/C workplace: Baby Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y / Millennials, and soon Gen Z. Although each person is an individual with his/her own personality, shared experiences shaped the generations and influenced their work styles. How can we come to understand the differences and strengths each generation has to offer? Stephen Skinner will discuss the communication/work styles of the generations, and techniques for working together successfully.
