Amy Villasana-Moore, CPSM, is the Arizona manager of marketing & business development at Sunrise Engineering, Inc. With more than a decade of A/E/C experience, she led a phased CRM implementation for Sunrise’s 16 profit centers. Villasana-Moore also actively embraces the opportunity to pay it forward to the A/E/C Phoenix community. In 2013, she served as an analyst/editor for the SMPS Foundation’s latest book A/E/C Business Development: The Decade Ahead and initiated an SMPS Arizona educational program called “CRM: Like Herding Cats.” She also aided in the production of the chapter’s two most recent salary surveys and has served as an SMPS Marketing Mentor for the last three years. Nominated for her CRM business integration efforts and overall dedication to the organization, Villasana-Moore was awarded the 2014 Marketer of the Year by SMPS Arizona.
