901 17th Street NW, Washington, DC 20006

4:00 am - 6:00 am

Signature Series

The Wharf is an exciting new mixed-use waterfront community spanning 24 acres of land and more than 50 acres of water along the Southwest DC waterfront from the Municipal Fish Market to Fort McNair. This mile-long waterfront neighborhood will begin opening buildings in 2017 and will transform the area, restore the Southwest Waterfront, celebrate the culture of the waterfront lifestyle, and create a cohesive community public space. The development will bring marquee office properties, luxury apartments, condominiums, hotels, and extensive retail to the area. Find out more about the history of this exciting project, and learn about future AEC opportunities. Please join SMPS DC and a panel of esteemed speakers for an informative round table discussion regarding future development and opportunities at The Wharf.
