The Wharf is an exciting new mixed-use waterfront community spanning 24 acres of land and more than 50 acres of water along the Southwest DC waterfront from the Municipal Fish Market to Fort McNair. This mile-long waterfront neighborhood will begin opening buildings in 2017 and will transform the area, restore the Southwest Waterfront, celebrate the culture of the waterfront lifestyle, and create a cohesive community public space. The development will bring marquee office properties, luxury apartments, condominiums, hotels, and extensive retail to the area.
