Secrets to Success: Creating a Winning MCA Submission

Zoom meeting. Information to be sent prior to event.

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Domain 5: Promotional Activity

For proposals and presentations, you’re encouraged to get to know the selection committee to prepare a tailored submission—but that’s not always an option for award submissions. Well, you’re in luck! SMPS DC has gathered a panel of national Marketing Communications Awards (MCA) jurors who are willing to share the secrets to what makes a submission a winner.

What You'll Learn

In this program, we will walk through the submission process and categories for the SMPS DC chapter MCA program, opening this spring. Then, our panel of past MCA jurors—Amanda D’Luhy, CPSM; Kate Attilio, CPSM; and Pipper Mosley, CPSM—will share inside information on who the reviewers are, how they approach reviewing submissions, and what types of information stand out in winning submissions. Finally, we’ll have an open Q&A with the panel, giving attendees an unmatched opportunity to hear directly from experienced jurors. Whether you’re planning to submit for the SMPS DC MCAs or another awards program, this webinar will provide helpful tips to strengthen your next award submittal!
