As more organizations move to a seller-doer model led by principals and technical staff, marketing staff have encountered challenges determining the best way to support this model and maximize the best results of sales efforts working with individuals whose primary focus isn’t always on securing the next project. Jenn Macks, PE, LEED AP, Vice President with Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. will facilitate a discussion with useful tips for navigating the relationships with principals and technical staff to enhance the marketing and business development process, as well as how to identify and support training opportunities for non-marketing professionals. As a part of the discussion, each participant will be asked to share a 30-second overview of their sales model structure and the biggest challenge they are facing. *Please note that SMaRT events are only open to senior marketers with 10+ years of experience.
